Welcome to the Trash Pile

You should always fight for a better position... whether that's top position, inside position, underhooks, double plumb or just a dominant angle in a striking exchange... whatever. You should always fight for a better position. Some people can make Ezekiel chokes from bottom or sacrifice throws work... some guys can block punches with their face, but that is the exception and not the rule. That being said, there is a reason to train for when attaining that dominant position is not going to work. In this seminar we cover some high yield contingency plans for when the typical kickboxing or Muay Thai responses won't work for you. Whether that's because you're not good at them or because the other guy is, it doesn't matter. Sometimes you are just exhausted, sometimes the other guy is just better. If you can't beat them on the normal battleground, drag them down into the trash pile with you.
